  • Anna Kashcheeva
    EFL teacher, CELTA and DELTA trainer, DELTA, MA in TESOL, IHTTC, MSc in Educational Management from the University of Portsmouth

    Anna Kashcheeva is a freelance CELTA and Delta trainer. She previously worked as a teacher and an Assistant Director of Studies at BKC IH Moscow. She is also involved in delivering a wide range of online and offline training courses including TKT, CELTA & DELTA preparation, IH CAM, IHCTYL, IHC121 as well as designing more tailored courses for different educational establishments.


    Being a MSc student in Educational Leadership and Management at School of Education and Sociology of the University of Portsmouth, Anna conducted social science research on identifying freelance teachers’ needs and evaluating the sustainability of a teacher-mentor learning community, which helped her come up with some ideas for developing this community.

    Tatiana Golechkova, PhD in Cognitive Linguistics, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Humanities and Languages at the New Economic School.


    She is a Cambridge Delta qualified EFL teacher and teacher-trainer with broad experience in course design, materials development and teaching General English, Exams, English for Academic and Specific purposes, and Soft Skills.


    Her areas of special interest include strategies for effective written and oral communication, genre features of English texts, and learner autonomy. She has presented and run workshops at several national and international conferences, including NATE, IATEFL, BALEAP, IEEE ICET.

  • Olga Connolly
    Senior Methodologist at English for Yandex Practicum, CELTA and Delta trainer and assessor, MA in TESOL and
    Applied Linguistics (UK)

    Olga Connolly has been involved in teacher training for more than 15 years, and she has worked as a Director of Studies at BKC-IH Moscow.


    Since 2020 she has been working as a syllabus developer, materials designer and editor. She continues running teacher training and teacher development courses and providing methodology consultancy.

    Heather Belgorodtseva is the Director of Studies for Teacher Training at BKC IH Moscow. Teaching English since 1998, she has been a teacher, an academic manager and a teacher trainer in both London and Moscow, in private language schools and further education colleges. She has run as many as 90 CELTA courses and now trains on a CELTA-alternative course for BKC, and on post-CELTA courses, including Delta preparation for modules 1 and 3.

    Galina Sharonova is a CELTA, Delta M2 certified teacher and teacher trainer (Train the Trainer qualification) as well as a conference speaker, methodology course designer and a teacher mentor. Galina's professional passion is time- and energy-saving techniques and implementing brand-new trends in teaching.

    Svetlana Suchkova is an associate professor, teacher trainer, and materials developer. Currently, she directs the Academic Writing Center at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow. She holds a PhD degree in philology. She authored and co-authored a number of EFL course books for Russian university students and researchers, among them English for Academics series (CUP, 2014, 2015) and How to write a research article (Nauka, 2020). She has participated at numerous national and international conferences with presentations and workshops, used to edit Scopus-indexed The Journal of AsiaTEFL. Her areas of expertise are academic writing, writing for research and publication purposes, public speaking, and teacher training.

    Alena Nikitina is an EFL teacher with more than 20 years of experience (with 13 years at RUDN University, Moscow). She has been working as a freelance teacher for the last 2 years.


    Alena is a TKT 1-3, CLIL, CELTA, CPE holder, an author and co-author of 3 textbooks, a course designer, and a conference speaker (Meaningful Weekend 2021, #YarConf22).


    She has conducted 8 online marathons on CPE writing.

    Originally a specialist in International Economics, Veronika's interest in languages has led her into the EFL classroom.


    Being a TESOL and CELTA-qualified EFL teacher with 10+ years of experience in various educational environments, she finds the teaching profession truly rewarding.


    She's currently working as a freelance private tutor with a focus on General English and Cambridge exams (YLE, Key, Preliminary, First). Her students range from Elementary to Upper-Intermediate.


    Veronika is interested in further development of her skills and always willing to expand her knowledge.

    Tatiana Vinogradenko is currently working as an English teacher at BKC-ih school in Moscow. Apart from teaching children, teens and adults general English and teaching students for academic purposes, she has participated in a BKC programme of teaching different subjects (such as Psychology, History of Religion, Art, History of Photography) in English. Also, Since April, 2022, she has been running an Art course for pre-school and elementary school children in Moscow Multimedia Art Museum in English.


    Tatiana is also a lecturer at the Department of Second Education (programme: ’Primary School Education and English’) in Moscow State Pedagogical University where she runs lectures and seminars on the Methodology of teaching foreign languages

    Danilo Ribeiro was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil but has been living in Moscow for five years. He holds a B.A in translation and interpreting, the CPE, the IH CAM, CELTA, the ICELT and the full Cambridge DELTA.


    He teaches proficiency exams for teachers and students and is interested in LDT and discourse for exam teaching.

    Anna is an EFL teacher with more than 14 years of experience. She specializes in teaching adults, both groups and individuals paying special attention to psychological aspects of teaching, i.e. reducing foreign language anxiety, working with procrastination and perfectionism.

    Anna leads the project «English Anonymous» for high-level learners, where some taboos and issues are discussed in a safe space with respectful listening and challenging the opinion, not the person.

    Olga Lisina is a CELTA-qualified EFL teacher, having about 14 years of teaching experience. She has worked in different contexts and with all age groups, mostly in language schools and freelance. Olga is also the author of “English for Artists” course for students of the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture.
    One of the key features of her teaching is using both classical and modern developments of Psychology in class. She’s a graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University and has a degree in Psychology (2009), as well as a couple of years of practical experience in this field.

    Anna Maksimenko is a self-employed CELTA and DELTA (module 1) - qualified English teacher based in Slovenia.     Ekaterina Safonova graduated in 2007 with a first-class degree in Teaching Foreign Languages. She also has an LCCI FTBE (with merit), TKT (band 4) and CELTA (Pass A) certificates.
    Since 2009 she has been cooperating with different companies providing English classes (General and Business) for their employees, including top managers and CEOs. She worked as a Director of Studies and methodologist for foreign languages training centre for two years.
    In 2021 she developed a course for teachers “Boost your teaching skills” in cooperation with AWATERA ACADEMY.
    She specializes mostly on Business English and ESP.

  • Evgeniya Lubennikova

    Before becoming a coaching psychologist, Evgeniya worked as a full-time English teacher at the Higher School of Economics, teaching Academic English and IELTS preparation. Throughout her extensive experience in learning to be an effective English teacher and a near-native English speaker, she was always curious about how motivation works, how personality characteristics impact performance and how people change. Along with earning multiple Cambridge teaching and language awards, this passion has led her to the University of East London to study psychology and coaching.
    Currently Evgeniya works as a wellbeing coach helping people to find their why and achieve their aims and as an English teacher for psychologists and coaches. She also does research into coaching psychology and writes articles in popular magazines and academic journals.

    Natasha Belousova has been teaching for about 20 years and training teachers since 2011. She has taught students of all levels in various teaching contexts, including university under-graduate and master's courses, secondary and private language schools, as well as teaching online. She has also worked as a Director of Studies and as a senior member of the Russian National Exam board. After completing her Delta with IH London in 2010, Natasha has been teacher training a lot, working as an ICELT and TrinityCert trainer, and supervising Distance Delta teacher trainees for NILE. She has also been designing and running various courses for beginning and experienced teachers in Russia, Bangladesh, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Slovakia.
